St. Catharines Wedding Photography

What should a wedding photographer bring to a wedding? First of all, ability! This backed by experience, fueled by enthusiasm and then embraced by a comfortable demeanour. I bring all of these, plus affordability! I've come up with several affordable packages for young couples just starting out and for those middle-aged couples starting over. Brides and grooms within St. Catharines and the Niagara Region can expect fast and caring service for the best quality pictures on their special day.

I love wedding photography. It's been a great hobby over the years. I've had professional-looking results with the occasional wedding I used to do for relatives and friends. In recent years, I've honed my photographic skills through my other love, which is landscape photography, focussing particularly on the beauty of the Niagara Region. I've also acquired a Web Master's Certificate at night school from Mohawk College recently. Now, I have the medium through which I can show what I can do as a hobby and as a developing profession. One should never be too proud or too old to learn something new!

I use two approaches when I do weddings: portraits and photojournalism, often applying digital effects to beautiful black and white photos, blends with colour, sepia toning and striking superimpositions. I started my interest in photography years ago when I worked for a weekly newspaper doing everything under the sun, including editorials and darkroom work. My early experience has given me a knack for capturing those special instants as they happen and recording the beauty of those precious moments on a wedding day.
